Wondering what the heck a GIF booth is? You’ve come to the right place.

For those of you unsure what a GIF even is, it’s basically a type of digital image format that can be animated.

We took our standard photo booth and created the GIF booth, plus with a range of very silly and engaging options. The idea is, your party/wedding guests do silly things in the GIF booth, get the resulting GIF sent to their phone or email, then share it online. Or not! Here are the options.

Boomerang GIF

This is like a short video played on loop forwards and backwards. People can easily share it on social media and it’s particularly awesome when combined with a confetti canon. (See demonstration by these party people).

Regular GIF

Regular GIFs are a series of photo poses animated to create something a bit like this. Our booth attendant is on hand to advise on the kinds of poses that work well with all these formats!

Splash Packs

Being photobombed by Donald Trump or being covered in rainbows is the stuff of nightmares for many. However, you can apply all these popular ‘splash pack’ options to your GIFs from the booth touchscreen.

Pics or pixels?

Once you’ve decided to GIF all this a go, you’ll just need to decide whether you want a photo booth + GIF combined, or just the GIF booth.

With the photo booth in addition your guests will be able to print out their photos as well as sharing GIFs online. If it’s just the GIF booth you want, they will only be able to share them onto their social media profiles after our gizmo sends the GIF to their phones or emails.
