28th July 2015

Well July! Weren’t you a crazy one..? Our Brisbane family had one of their busiest months boothing around all over the place and our other locations rocked out too.

Let’s have a potter through highlights from a magical month of puppies, sunshine and Minecraft masks. That’s right, it’s all going on right here… first up Landan Taan! (London Town).

Mark & Julie’s Wedding (London, UK)

Mark & Julie

Mark and Julie’s stylish Shoreditch wedding was a blast, with bride and bridesmaids sporting chic flower headdresses and stunning lace dresses. Our polka dot backdrop fitted perfectly with the couple’s style and our ‘Since’ photo strip design in gold provided a touch of luxury to proceedings.

West Elm x Etsy Pup Up Shop (London, UK)

West Elm

Back in with one of our most favouritest clients – West Elm furniture store on Tottenham Court Road. This awesome event saw West Elm partnering with the creative marketplace Etsy to create a one-day pop-up store called The Etsy Pup UP, where dog owners could bring in their mutts and browse unique doggy accessories around the store.

OxTrad Underground Ball 2015 (Oxford, UK)

OxTrad1

We took our InstaPrinta and photo booth along to Pembroke College’s OxTrad Underground Ball for the second year running… always nice to get invited back. Our booth and InstaPrinta popped out stunning prints of very clever people all night long!

NDL GROUP AFTERSHOW PARTY (London, UK)

NDL Group 1

We joined forces with customer experience specialists the NDL Group for an aftershow party at Camden’s Roundhouse. This Grade II listed former railway engine shed was a great venue choice and the NDL crew are expert party hosts, so our photo booth was expertly incorporated for maximum impact!

Campus Travel (Brisbane, Aus)

Campus Travel1

Another repeat client here in Brisbane, our old friends at Campus Travel booked our booth in for this 4th July-themed party at Gambaro Hotel in Brisbane. The old stars and stripes provided a stunning backdrop and Uncle Sam himself proved a favourite prop!

State of Origin, (Brisbane, Aus)

State of Union

TPBG were honoured to be asked to be a part of the State of Origin at the Suncorp Stadium. Two of our InstaPrintas were stationed at the maroon throne (#treasurymaroonthrone) and at a photo wall where guests could pose as the 18th man (#18thman) and get branded print-outs for hashtagged pics.

Amy & Milton’s wedding (Byron Bay, Aus)

Amy & Milton1

Totes Lovers indeed, this cool pair certainly enjoyed a memorable wedding. They knew what they were doing as both are photographers at Milton Gan Photography and also tapped into the wedding organising genius that is Byron Bay Weddings! Graciosa was just a stunning venue and the foliage/berries backdrop in our booth was a big hit too.

Cool Stuff

Minecraft Madness

Minecraft props

Easily the most impressive handmade prop seen in July (and perhaps the year so far..?) was this Minecraft-inspired mask and sword. Arash and Nat we salute you!

Kapow

Flight Centre 1

Our old friends The Flight Centre pulled off some awesome fancy dress japes, with guests loving the Tron and Superhero themes. Custom speech bubbles, prints strips, photo filters and green screen backdrops all added to the fun in booth… look out for a glorious feature post on this event.

RACQ Motorfest

RACQ Motorfest

Very cool custom chequerboard backdrop combined with plenty of crazy character costumes wandering into the booth kept the annual RACQ Motorfest very entertaining!

Big fans

Ellivo

Supercool DIY fan backdrop for this Tokyo Nights-themed office party for Ellivo. Definitely one to pinch!

Tina?

Discover Americas

It shouldn’t be, but this was the first time we’d had a life-size llama in the booth. Flight Centre’s Travel Expo was the location for this very popular creature on the My Adventure Store stand.

Awesome moment of the month

SEP_7307

Too good not to mention, the RSPCA’s Cupcake Day promo involved hugging puppies, eating cupcakes and lots of people loving our InstaPrinta. Need we say more? Cute pics and further details here!
