The Harmony Awards is Harmony Early Learning's flagship celebration — a night that honours the people behind one of Australia's leading early learning organisations. Held on the Gold Coast, the event brings together staff, leaders and award winners in a formal setting that calls for equally considered content.

// What We Did

A Glambot and pro photographer working in tandem.

HeyOK ran a dual activation: a professional photographer capturing green carpet moments and a Glambot delivering slow-motion cinematic clips for every guest who stepped in front of it. The pink step-and-repeat backdrop and custom floral dressing gave guests a proper red carpet moment — just in Harmony's colours.

Guests walked away with printed photo strips and cinematic Glambot footage — content that captured the energy of the evening without waiting days for a gallery link. The activation drove steady throughput across the event, keeping the floor energised well into the awards program.

The Glambot stage was rigged with studio lighting and dressed to match the Harmony Awards aesthetic — pink branding, floral arrangements and a clean backdrop that made every shot frame-ready. The setup handled consistent guest throughput without sacrificing the quality of each individual moment.

The pro photographer worked the green carpet and room simultaneously, capturing candid moments, group shots and award presentations. Physical prints were produced on the floor, giving guests a tangible keepsake before the night was out.
