Sunrise 2026 — Remote's flagship conference hits Sydney.

Sunrise 2026 brought together Remote's global community for a full day of programming at a heritage venue in Sydney. The event called for an activation that matched Remote's brand — clean, professional, and genuinely useful for guests.

// What We Did

A Pro Booth headshot studio, built to Remote's spec.

HeyOK set up a fully branded photo studio inside the venue, complete with custom backdrops, studio lighting, and a digital overlay carrying the Remote logo. Guests stepped in, sat down, and walked away with a professional portrait — physical print in hand, digital copy on the way.

Most conference photo experiences are an afterthought. This one was a centrepiece — designed to give Remote guests something they'd actually keep and use.

The Pro Booth was wrapped and styled to match Remote's brand palette — pink and blue signage, white curtain enclosures, and a stocked merchandise display built into a timber shelving unit. It looked like it belonged in the space.

HeyOK operators managed the studio for the full event duration, keeping flow consistent and quality high throughout the day. Guests received a branded digital portrait via QR code within 30 seconds, with a physical print ready moments later.
