Experience Gold Coast brought their Stay & Play campaign to Queen Street Mall with a retro Holiday Hotline phone booth — a walk-up audio guest book that invited Brisbane shoppers to record a message and engage with the Gold Coast tourism story. HeyOK built the full activation and custom user journey around the physical booth, turning a foot-traffic moment into a genuine brand interaction. The teal-and-yellow installation drew a crowd and gave the campaign a tangible, memorable presence on the ground.
