The University of Sydney brought HeyOK in for Welcome Week 2026 to give incoming students something to do together from day one. The Pro Booth produced instant photo strips on the spot, each one placed onto a growing mosaic wall by the students themselves. By the end of the week, the wall was a physical record of the cohort — made by the people in it.

The Pro Booth paired with a Mosaic Wall combines instant photo printing with a collaborative build — guests receive a physical print and place it onto a shared wall, creating a crowd-sourced artwork that grows across the event.
