Destination Gold Coast

An immersive phone booth created to market the Gold Coast as the perfect holiday destination. A sensory interactive experience including audio and visual stimuli. Customers when prompted with a voice over picked up the phone and followed the prompts to start the questionnaire to reveal their travel personality, once picked up they will hear a survey, simultaneously the questionnaire answers will appear on the iPad, the customer selects the answers and once complete,  hangs up the phone to be assigned a 'travel personality’. Personalised travel itineraries created for each user and sent in real time via email. The itineraries detailed their perfect Gold Coast experience from venues/sites to visit to the best hotels. A custom UX developed in-house ensured all consumers entered into the booth and learned about their 'Travel Personality’ through a personalise holiday itinerary.
