A day of puppies and cupcakes? Sometimes work just doesn’t feel like work…
The RSPCA drafted in our wondrous InstaPrinta to join some cute puppies in helping to promote its upcoming Cupcake Day fundraiser on August 17th. The idea is to get people to gather friends and family around a cupcake feast in order to raise funds to fight animal cruelty, either through bake sales, cupcake competitions or office bake-offs…
Funds raised by this day of sugary goodness will go towards the RSCPA’s amazing work in rescuing and caring for mistreated and abandoned animals. We got that warm fuzzy feeling just by being involved, and that was before we met Jessie and Meg… look at those eyes! *Swoon*.
We joined the RSPCA team at a pop up stand in Queens St Mall, Brisbane with our InstaPrinta in tow. People were flocking to have photos taken with the gorgeous puppies in front of the branded Cupcake Day backdrop.
When they’d uploaded pics to Instagram with the hashtag #rspcacupcakeday they got one of our cute custom photo prints! The combination of cake, puppies, cute design touches and the chance to help animals was a big hit, as you might imagine.
There was also chance for people to sign up to host a Cupcake Day and to receive a free pack for promoting and organising the day. That pack is also available here if you’re keen!
Let’s just soak up a few more of these joyous moments from one of the sweetest jobs we’ve ever done! The pups certainly enjoyed all the attention…
And even made some very powerful friends and allies along the way…
