Case study 1: NVC/RSPCA Pop Up Pet Adoption

We were booked in by NVC – a major Australian veterinary care provider and major sponsor of the RSPCA’s highly successful pet adoption days. The NVC needed a promotion to draw attention to its ‘Best for Pet’ wellness program, and wanted to send people home with a branded photo of their new adopted pet, along with some information about its offered products.

Our photographers roamed the event, taking photos of proud new owners and their pets. We also captured the event setup and NVC staff as a record for corporate communications and marketing materials.

Both visitors and staff loved our photographer, posing against the RSPCA backdrops or around the  venue as every angle was covered. Props like the furry dog ears helped get people into the spirit of the day!

Both the RSPCA and the NVC were delighted with the results of the day and the photography shoot, with plenty of material for maximising the impact of the day ofter the event. 10,000 people attended the adoption event and over 270 animals found new homes! Case study 2: BMW dealership VIP night

Brisbane BMW motorcycle dealership Morgan & Wacker called us in to provide Roamr photography services at its launch night for VIP guests. Lucky invitees got to view and get a feel for the new range of bikes at the Newstead showroom, as well as take advantage of exclusive special offers and giveaways.

Our expert photographer captured the event, creating a comprehensive gallery of top quality DSLR images. Guests could have their photo taken with one of the bikes and immediately print out a copy to take home as a memento, and maybe to put on their ‘goals’ wall!

Instant social sharing was also available on the night, allowing guests to get their new photos online before they got home. This creates a far higher proportion of images shared onto social profiles, taking out the hassle out of finding the shots online and sharing at a later time.

Morgan & Wacker also used the opportunity to get some new staff shots taken at the event. Our photographers are selected for their friendliness, and always add to the atmosphere of your event!
